What a wonderful memorial service last Monday. Your daughters portrayed the life of Carey in such a loving, caring and beautiful tribute - what a way for us all to celebrate the life of a wonderful person with whom you had the opportunity to share over 60 years of your life together and who touched the lives of so many people. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during the days ahead.

Al, May God's peace envelope you during this time, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

We will miss her perky attitude. Do not know if we can return from New York City in time for the service

Carey, you have shared the light of Jesus with us. Now you shall fully experience your Savior's glory, whose light birthed all the stars. We shall miss you but we rejoice in your heavenly birth. Though we will not be able to attend the memorial, as we will be visiting our two week old grandaughter, we will keep Al and the family in our prayers. God bless you all.
- John Wall, Savannah, GA
I have nothing but pleasant memories of my beautiful and personable Aunt Carey. I got to see her in North and South Carolina, Texas, Minnesota and Illinois. Within each of these backgrounds, her quality and taste are unforgettable. Adieu and Merci, Aunty.

Dear grieving family, My wife and I are very sorry for your tremendous loss and would like to express our condolences to the family. We cannot imagine the great pain and sorrow you are experiencing during this most difficult time. When we lose someone we love we are left with a strong desire to see our loved one again. It's wonderful to know God has promised that we will see our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. John chapter 5 verses 28 and 29 gives this wonderful reassurance: 'Do not marvel at this because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life.' What a marvelous hope! Once again we wish to express our condolences for your loss. And although we cannot erase the pain and sorrow you are experiencing, it is our hope that this can give you a small measure of comfort.
